Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide technical support and assistance to customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Microsoft technologies, recommending new solutions and technologies as appropriate.
