You'll gain hands-on experience across various aspects of the supply chain, working alongside industry experts and contributing to real-world projects.Throughout the two-year program, you will rotate through different departments such as inventory management, procurement, transportation, fulfillment, and demand forecasting. Key job responsibilities Supply Chain Operations:Gain a comprehensive understanding of Amazon's supply chain processes, from procurement to logistics and fulfillment.Support daily operations to ensure products are delivered to customers efficiently and on time.Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex supply chain challenges and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.Forecasting & Demand Planning:Collaborate with teams to forecast product demand, ensuring inventory levels meet customer needs without overstocking.Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns to predict future demand.Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to inventory and supply chain strategies that improve customer satisfaction and minimize costs.Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data and analytics to monitor and improve supply chain performance, identifying trends and inefficiencies.Create reports and dashboards that provide visibility into supply chain metrics and key performance indicators.Project Management:Lead or contribute to key supply chain projects that drive innovation and improve operational performance.Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to implement new solutions and process improvements.Leadership Development:Participate in leadership and professional development opportunities, including mentoring from senior leaders.Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate leadership potential by proactively identifying and solving problems. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree (or soon to be completed) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use data to drive decisions.Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.Willingness to be flexible and adapt to different roles and challenges during the program.Internship or work experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or demand forecasting.Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
