We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Accounts Payable Administrator to join our fast-paced and close-knit Finance shared services team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day tasks involved in managing the accounts payable process for the Club and associated entities.
Additionally, you will provide valuable assistance and support to the broader finance team.
What will your responsibilities be? Ensuring the processing of invoices and supplier statements.
Assisting in managing the weekly payables cash flow reporting.
Ensuring monthly supplier and balance sheet reconciliations.
Completing purchase order accruals.
Reviewing Purchase Orders and Receipts to ensure they are active or ready for closure.
Liaising with key internal stakeholders to ensure invoices are processed on time.
Performing Adhoc duties.
Skills & Experience Experience working in accounts payable.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power Point.
Demonstrated capability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
Experience with accounting software packages.
Previous experience using Ungerboeck and BC Microsoft is desired.
Problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Efficient data entry ability.
Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
