Due to continued growth in their pipeline, they are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Development Manager. The Role Working as part of a close-knit development team, your role will focus on retail and commercial development opportunities including shopping centres, office, and QSR. Working under the leadership of a Development Director and Development Manager, you will gain broad exposure across the development lifecycle - planning, design, leasing, tender, construction. About You This role will suit candidates with the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in architecture, construction, or property. Minimum 2 years industry experience working in architecture, development, or project management. Must have experience in retail or commercial projects. Strong understanding of the development lifecycle. Exposure to commercial or retail leasing will be highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
