In this role, you will play a pivotal role in eliciting requirements, analyzing processes, and designing solutions that drive efficiency and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and challenges.
Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Document requirements clearly and concisely, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop solutions and user stories that meet business needs and technical feasibility.
Work collaboratively with developers and designers to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) a plus.
