Hey You Reporting to the Head of Commercial Programs, this newly created opportunity will be responsible for driving our new client acquisition and revenue growth through innovative initiatives and identifying merger and acquisition opportunities within the business.
In partnership with the Executive and the Senior Leadership Teams, the Business Development Manager will: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams.
Collaborate with directorates to operationalise strategic plans, focusing on growth and expansion opportunities to optimise revenue and profit.
Create growth forecasts, manage relationships with key stakeholders and lead grant and tender submissions.
Provide strategic advice and insights on merger and acquisition opportunities.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
This is a full-time, ongoing position with the flexibility to be based at the Head Office in Geelong or Werribee.

Essential Requirements: 3+ years' Experience as Business Development Manager or a similar role in Health, Community and/or Disability industry.
Exceptional relationship and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or a willingness to obtain.
Working With Childrens Check.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion, or a willingness to complete.
