The Role Reporting into the State Revenue Manager (Dorevitch), the Business Development Manager - Regional will be responsible for driving revenue generation and business development across their respective areas.
You'll be playing an important role in developing and executing our revenue strategies.
Key Responsibilities Support the State Manager with the implementation of the Pathology Revenue strategies.
Maintain ACC network through lease negotiation and strategic ACC placements.
Self-manage and lead revenue-focused campaigns, executing revenue strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of the targeted market, monitoring market behaviour.
Ensure strategic communication plans for internal and external stakeholders are implemented.
Provide direction and focus to Medical Liaison Officers to maintain current and growing client base.
Gather and report on market business intelligence.
Attend marketing conferences and events.
Manage property leases including new, renewal and exercise of option.
Uncover market gaps, drive innovation, collaborate and lead.
Demonstrate good analytical ability and problem-solving skills to manage revenue and budget initiatives.
Exhibit strong negotiation and strategic skills to manage and grow ACC network.
Inspire and guide Medical Liaison Officers to succeed, supporting and facilitating resources for effective marketing activities.
Create and seize opportunities to expand into new markets.
