This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid work model, providing a perfect balance of three days in the office and two days working remotely.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business through strategic planning, client relationship management, and market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, prospect and maintain close working relationships with new and existing clients, key stakeholders, and industry representatives.
Develop and implement new business strategies to maximize sales success.
Account manage new and existing clients and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, assets and messaging tailored to the sector and aligned with key business goals.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, gaps in services, and untapped market segments within the sectors.
Attend relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network, build brand awareness, and stay informed about industry trends.
Deliver presentations or participate in panel discussions to showcase the organisation's expertise and thought leadership.
Maintain a current knowledge and database of competitors, market penetration and business activities.
Ensure achievement of budgets and targets, including the accurate and timely performance recording and reporting of results figures and other information as required.
About you You are deeply passionate about our mission and excel at building connections with people from diverse backgrounds.
With extensive hands-on experience in account management, business development, or sales, you have a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
Your expertise in the Aged Care sector would be an advantage, and you are skilled at nurturing relationships with clients and B2 B partners.
As a confident communicator, influencer, and storyteller, you engage effortlessly with clients and partners alike.
Self-directed and goal-oriented, you thrive on tackling challenges independently while also being a natural team player who excels in collaborative settings.
You are highly adaptable, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments where you embrace opportunities to learn, hustle, and continuously grow your skill set.
