You will be responsible for providing a seamless customer journey by coordinating all elements of the preconstruction workflow specific to medium-density developments, from sales acceptance through to construction, while ensuring projects meet expected timelines.
You will oversee 160 customer jobs (around 70 customers), ensuring everything from finance approval to construction readiness is on track.
The role involves: Customer support throughout the preconstruction phase of medium-density projects, focusing on administrative excellence Ensure contracts for medium-density developments are delivered within designated timelines, including handling Housing Industry Association (HIA) contracts Coordinate jobs by making key phone calls and sending milestone update emails, ensuring smooth communication with customers and stakeholders Liaise with finance to secure necessary approvals and work closely with land developers to ensure projects progress Ensure each run has achieved 70% sales before moving into the construction phase, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure Collaborate with the broader team to confirm finance approval before proceeding with the project run What can you bring?
