Data Technical Lead

A large Australian organisation is looking to add a Data Tech Lead to their high-performing Data Engineering Team.
You will work on critical projects including exciting and highly complex customer analytics projects.
In this role you will be: Hands on engineering of solutions and data pipelines utilising CI/CD and automation.
Liaise with broad business stakeholders to understand data solution requirements.
Collaboration with Technology teams, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to model, curate, and prepare data for analytics and insights.
Providing thought leadership on data and technology.
Detailed design based on existing architecture and design standards.
People leadership & team management.
Data design standards, architecture & frameworks.
Technical experience desired: Ideally, you will be skilled and excited to work with the likes of: AWS, Databricks, DBT, Snowflake, Airflow, Python, SQL.
If you are skilled in Machine Learning and Gen AI too, this is a bonus! WFH: Work 3 days in office and 2 from home.

Salary: $160-180k Base Salary.
