The firm's ER practice includes advisory matters, employment contracts, recruitment and employment conditions, AWAs, terminations (including dismissals & redundancy), employment policies and procedures, EEO, and a touch of OHS.
To be considered for this role, you will be a capable lawyer with some history of successful experience and interest in ER from a front end or litigious perspective.
Ideally suited to a 4+ PAE lawyer.
