Position Overview: As an Enterprise Architect in our Advisory Services team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to develop strategy and delivery plans for their transformation programs. You will work closely with the Engagement Lead and solution architects to assess client operating models, design capability models, and recommend strategic solutions aligned with best practices. Key Responsibilities: Assess client operating models and develop strategic plans to improve operational performance Design capability models to support business improvements and address client requirements Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand guiding principles and decision drivers for digital solution selections Elicit and assess functional requirements and processes, preparing fit/gap assessments Design solution visions and executable roadmaps to address client business requirements Evaluate and recommend business, technology, and infrastructure architecture Keep abreast of new and evolving solutions and technologies through research and case studies Oversee the delivery of enterprise architecture/roadmap as the Engagement Lead Improve the enterprise architecture framework and toolsets to support project delivery Provide specialist product knowledge and domain expertise during sales opportunities.
