They have been steadily growing their firm under the leadership of prudent Directors and now have an opportunity for a talented Estates Litigation & Estate Planning Lawyer who is ambitious, driven and looking for their next long-term career move.
About this role...
You will be working alongside a very supportive team, which includes a Director and Special Counsel, primarily in Estate Litigation work (estate disputes and will challenges, guardianship and capacity disputes), with a small amount of Estate Planning and Administration work.
In this role your primary responsibility will be to: Run your own matters under supervision, Assist with more complex files, Liaise with clients and other stakeholders as necessary.
About you...
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have: 3-5 years PQE and experienced in Estates Litigation/Estate Planning matters; Solid technical skills, commercial awareness and strong empathy; Highly developed communication skills at all levels, good attention to detail and 'client service' driven; Excellent time management & organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
