About The Role - Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish- Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors- Receive support from directors of the business- Develop relationships with clients and key stakeholders Your Background - 3+ years industry experience as an estimator, ideally in the commercial or civil spaces- Understand current rates in the commercial and/or civil environment- Ability to communicate with subcontractors and suppliers- Eye for detail with take-offs etc.
You will receive - Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience- Joining a national stable commercial and infrastructure builder- Salary up to $150,000 package- Work with a business with a strong company culture Company & Culture Our client is a national commercial and infrastructure builder that partners with government and listed property/landlord groups.
They deliver a diverse range of projects in the commercial and infrastructure sector and have key national accounts that they win consistent projects from.
The majority of their work in Victoria ranges from $500k - $15 million.
