Right now, we're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things.
About the Role As the Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager in the Community Division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations across a dynamic and complex environment.
You'll manage sensitive and high-priority tasks, provide confidential executive support, and support key senior internal and external stakeholder relationships.
What We're Looking For Executive Support Expertise: We're seeking someone with demonstrated experience in providing high-level executive support, including managing events, projects, and stakeholder relationships in addition to high-quality administrative skills.
Strong Organisational Skills: Your ability to prioritise, identify and manage competing demands, and maintain a calm, methodical approach in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and facilitating seamless information flow and escalation as necessary.
