Job Description Set up and maintain project information in BST and PDB systems.
Act as a subject matter expert in BST, providing guidance to project teams to ensure accurate and timely system updates.
Assist with the creation and management of purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, and client/third-party documents.
Process and reconcile project-related accounts payable invoices and expenses.
Collaborate with Project and Regional Managers to analyze financial data and assist with project delivery.
Handle supplier invoices and manage fixed asset additions/disposals.
Provide assistance with annual audits.
Process client invoices and support debt collection efforts.
Work closely with global offices to ensure consistent client delivery across regions.
Continuously review and improve finance systems and processes in collaboration with international counterparts.
Skills & Experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple projects and priorities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
