Required Experience Experience across facilities maintenance including minor property repairs and works such as basic painting, plastering, carpentry, etc.

Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on multipurpose properties.
Troubleshoot and fix various issues, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements Well organised.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Strong skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-focused with good communication skills.
White card and trade certificate.
