They follow Kronos implementation methodology which includes Kick-Off, Discovery, Build, Testing and Cutover of the solution, whilst guiding the customer through each step and consulting on the best way to achieve the customer's objectives and have the solution providing value as quickly as possible.
Responsibilities: Your superior customer focus coupled with your experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies will ensure your success in this role.
The successful candidate will be: • Consulting and implementing our Workforce Ready solution.
• Developing solutions using the Kronos workforce management software that meets customer requirements • Facilitating workshops to identify requirements, documenting the requirements and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer • Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and hand-holding (application orientation) during the handover of the system • Consulting customers on system configuration, industry-specific features and system processes and procedures Qualifications In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills, attributes, and experience.
• Strong experience in human capital management applications consulting • Proven experience in HR implementations using any of the following software/applications such as Kronos, Salesforce, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HR / Oracle HCM, Workday, Ascender, Cornerstone • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols • Must be a self-starter and willing to work independently without daily supervision • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed #LI-MS1 Company Overview Here at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
