ABOUT THE ROLE: Our client is a highly established and reputable private global services business. They are seeking a Head of Commercial Finance for a 12 month fixed term contract role. As Head of Commercial Finance you will play an integral part of the global finance leadership team. The main function of this role will be to lead the business partnering team and to drive stronger relationships across the business. Ideally you will be immediately available. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Strategic partnership - work with senior leaders to align financial goals with business plans & provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability. Project Management - lead finance improvement projects & ensure effective rollout and training for new processes. Process improvement - find ways to make finance processes more efficient and effective. Financial Analysis & Reporting - prepare accurate financial reports and deliver them on time & analyse financial data to spot trends and areas for improvement. Leadership - mentor finance team members and encourage a culture of learning and growth. ABOUT YOU: CA/CPA/CIMA designation with relevant experience in similar roles Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, motivate and empower staff to achieve team and organisational goals. Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills to achieve positive business outcomes and to maintain strong relationships. Have a positive, can-do approach to finding and implementing innovative solutions. Proven ability to identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements. Exposure to international multi-currency accounting environment. Superior attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
