The Role Reporting to the Director - Teaching and Learning, the Head of Learning Analytics and Reporting plays a key role in driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning across the school. This role focuses on advancing school-wide innovation through strategic, data-driven decision-making. By leading and optimising the school's data management and reporting processes, the position ensures that data insights are both actionable and impactful. This newly created, full-time, permanent position offers a multi-campus opportunity starting in January 2025, with flexibility for the right candidate. As the Head of Learning Analytics and Reporting, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by delivering data insights to staff and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and ethical use. Skills and Experience Proven experience in educational data analytics, including collecting, analysing, and reporting of learning data. Functional knowledge of internal and external assessment procedures and data, including VCE. Experience in translating data insights into actionable recommendations for teaching and learning improvements. Certification in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) or a willingness to undertake relevant certifications. Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Education, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant experience in data management, analysis, and reporting within an educational setting.
