We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic and well-organised person to join our team as a Head of Strategic Partnerships, who will contribute to the growth and development of The Ci Group by building and maintaining strong working relationships with potential and existing major customers.

Responsibilities:
Increase business with Major accounts base by working with the States Managers and the sales force.
Negotiate with major clients on behalf of the assigned business units.
Implement pre-sales strategy for bundled product offerings.
Work with R&D, sales, and operations departments to develop and implement sales strategies.
Train and provide relevant materials to aid the implementation and enforcement of major contracts across the business.
Compile market data and provide industry analysis as necessary.
Communicate with major clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
Work with Marketing to create Strategic Content sales material.
Identify new market opportunities within existing major accounts and new prospects.
Achieve Sales Target, Revenue and Gross Profit budgets.
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in similar sales role. (Experience in the AV industry is preferred)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated and sales driven.
Target and KPI focused with an excellent track record in achieving targets.
A positive attitude, willing to go the extra mile, an outstanding work ethic and have a strong passion to grow within the business.
