We are on the lookout for a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Technology, Information Security, Data, Model Risk, and Privacy.
In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge risk-specific policies and frameworks.
Your mission? To ensure a consistent and robust approach to managing technology, information security, data, privacy, and model risks across our dynamic business landscape.
You'll be the trusted advisor, monitoring the effectiveness of our control environment, and delivering insightful analysis and reporting that empowers our management team to make informed decisions.
Collaborating with Group Technology, cyber, data, and modelling teams, you'll drive the implementation of our Risk Management Strategy (RMS) and operational risk management framework (ORMF), aligning with regulatory expectations and safeguarding our business while optimizing risk-reward decision-making.
About you You are a trailblazer with a proven track record in technology or cyber risk and data privacy management at a senior level.
Your deep understanding of data, privacy, and model risks, honed through years of experience in risk management, assurance, or internal audit within the financial services sector, sets you apart.
Your ability to build strong relationships across the organization, combined with your commercial acumen and high level of personal credibility, makes you the perfect fit for this role.
With proven experience leading teams responsible for managing and assuring controls related to technology, information security, data, and model risk, you excel in communication and presentation.
You thrive in managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities, and your bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field, along with your in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, positions you as a leader in this space.
