The responsibilities of this role are: Preparing project studies for specifications and architectural drawings Designating authorized personnel from each of the department Reviewing data on the operating budget by negotiating with the subcontractors, building owners, and other personnel who are a part of the construction process Submission of the construction plans and arrangement of the building inspection for the local authorities Manage and oversee the progress of every building project Making sure the building legislation, quality, and safety.
Review, discuss and prepare findings for the collated reports and analytics About you: An understanding of a project's full lifecycle within the commercial sector in the medium to large-scale projects High-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external Drive the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that the quality of project plans and proposals are of the highest standard, in accordance with the company's values, budget, policies, and best practices.
Experience in managing teams, project budgets, and client relationships.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or Reg PM qualifications.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry We are seeking someone who naturally combines a strong business and accountability ethos with a deep commitment to our vision and mission.
