Due to growth, we have an exciting opening for a HVAC Technician to support one of our newest clients, based in and around the Melbourne CBD.
Working across some of the most highly sought commercial office space in the Melbourne CBD, this role will be the perfect fit if you are an HVAC Technician, keen to support 'state of art' buildings and work in a growing team.

The core remit of the role will involve planned and reactive maintenance for specific buildings.
Key Responsibilities: Proven experience with VRF, water cooled package systems and general HVAC equipment Good knowledge of ductwork installation and maintenance Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and installations Relevant HVAC trade qualification and certifications Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Essential Requirements: Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one) Hold an HVAC Licence WHS/OHS Induction Card Current Driver's Licence COVID-19 Vaccinated (at least three preferably) Desirable Requirements: Working at Heights First Aid Current Low Voltage Rescue As this position is within the Melbourne CBD and each building has tools on site, there is an option to not drive and use public transport to access central points with ease.
