About the Role: As a Biomedical Team Leader, you will oversee a team of Biomedical Engineers, ensuring the optimal medical equipment performance and maintenance.
Your role will involve: Leading and mentoring a team of Biomedical Engineers Hands-on involvement in the maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment Implementing and managing inventory control systems Preparing and submitting detailed reports on equipment performance and maintenance Collaborating with clinical staff to identify equipment needs and resolve issues Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards To be successful in this role, you will possess: A relevant tertiary qualification in Biomedical Engineering or a related field Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
