About you A growth mindset with a love of learning Diploma or higher qualification in children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
Prior experience and confidence in leading an age group setting and writing educational programs.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
Confidence in building solid relationships and partnerships with children and families.
The ability to implement stimulating programs and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
