About the Opportunity The Leisure Marketing team is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan across the Leisure portfolio, driving acquisition, engagement and strengthening relationships with existing Members and customers.
This includes proposition development, marketing strategy development/optimisation and Member and customer engagement/utilisation.
You will work across the RACV resorts, building strong relationships as the main point of contact.
Leading a small team, you will work across campaigns strategies and tactics.
Please note, this role will require travel to our Victorian and interstate resorts.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing: Lead the planning and delivery of Leisure marketing campaigns across RACV Resorts portfolio including conferences and events along with local area marketing requirements.
Deliver campaigns on time and on budget, and ensure targets are met.
Track campaign progress, continually optimise and refine, and report on performance.
Demonstrate creative excellence and generate effective outcomes across all communication mediums.
Effectively manage allocated budget.
Realise tangible business improvement opportunities.
Who we're looking for and what you'll bring Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything.
You'll come with: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or similar qualification.
5+ years experience in campaign management including through the line mediums.
Prior experience working in hotels, travel highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with change and competing priorities.
