The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a maintenance environment, coupled with a motivation to learn and grow, you will be responsible to deliver mechanical equipment reliability and integrity across the Mount Isa plant.
In addition, you will also be responsible for but not limited to: Interpret technical standards, developing/reviewing strategies to operate and maintain the equipment Being aware of and monitoring compliance Undertaking and organising technical investigations, inspections, studies, and surveys Participation in training and development systems for self Ensuring that all equipment assets have effective Reliability and Capability Life plans About You Ideally, we are looking to hear from people with experience in manufacturing, petrochemical, oil and gas, or a similar heavy industry environment.

The facilities comprise of ammonia, beneficiation, phosphoric acid, granulation, and sulphuric acid plants plus infrastructure, utilities, power generation, and housing to support the permanent workforce.
