Job Description Provide advice and support to the management and staff on HR matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support the HR Manager in delivering the HRIS rollout.
Manage employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinaries.
Support recruitment and selection process for various departments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
Assist with learning and development activities across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations.
The Successful Applicant A successful HR Advisor should have: Experience working in a similar HR role advisor or coordinator role.
A general understanding of employment law and OHS best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
