Lead a national team of workshop tools & equipment technical and product experts.
Based from either Melbourne or Brisbane, reporting to the General Manager of Trade, this role is to manage, lead and motivate a National Team of State based Equipment Managers and Specialists to drive a culture of sales growth and profitability.
Role Requirements: Proactively lead a national team of State Equipment Managers.
Provide strong leadership, guidance, support, and training.
Manage relationships with national key accounts.
Accountable for creating and achieving sales & profit budgets.
Work in conjunction with the relevant Category Managers.
Complete reporting requirements as required.
Manage key events, including tradeshows & conferences.
Provide coaching and training in the team's technical development.
About You: Technical expertise is essential in the automotive workshop equipment space.
Well-established leadership skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Strong drive for results and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
