In this leadership role, you will: Lead a dedicated support team, providing day-to-day coaching and guidance.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation initiatives.
Champion operational excellence by prioritizing work, mitigating risks, and fostering strong communication across IT teams.
Own critical incidents, coordinating resolution and communication with all involved stakeholders.
Identify and implement new tools to ensure faster and more effective problem-solving.
Foster a positive and growth-oriented environment for your team, providing coaching and mentorship.
The ideal candidate will possess: Strong background in IT operations and service management (ITIL preferred).
Proven leadership experience with a track record of success in motivating and developing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Experience in implementing automation strategies and utilizing relevant tools.
Understanding of Network Infrastructure and standard Internet Protocols.
Understanding of Microsoft Windows products along with Active Directory domains, Group Policy.
Understanding of scripting using Batch, Power Shell.
Windows Desktop software practical knowledge.
Payments Experience (Desirable).
