Pastry Cook

Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Aperloos Bakery is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Pastry Cook to join their team in Warragul VIC 3820.
The successful candidates will need to undertake and possess: Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough and pastry ingredients Monitoring proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent Utilizing various baking techniques and methods Weighing ingredients and keeping track of the production schedule Stock management and ordering Cleaning and equipment upkeep adhering to sanitation and safety regulations Skills and Abilities: Ideally have a Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent Minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant field Ability to work in a team environment OH&S awareness Salary range is $70,000-$85,000 per annum commensurate with experience.
Full-time position available.
