If you're ready to realise your potential and make an impact, join us. About the opportunity We are seeking a Posting Maintenance Operative to join the team. In this role, you will be working within a team to give back to your community by providing a range of maintenance, cleaning services, and installation of advertising posters on o Oh!'s Street Furniture assets (bus shelters and retail) working a 38-hour week Monday - Friday out of our Port Melbourne. The hours of this role start time will vary from 5:30 am onwards. Key responsibilities Cleaning of train signage at train stations and other assets within your designated area (insecticide/weed killing, glass clean up, general cleanliness) Graffiti removal and minor repairs Fortnightly posting of advertising campaigns as well as mid and special posts throughout that fortnight Cleaning of filters on digital signs Securing potentially hazardous sites Monitoring and reporting of damages and faults 100% adherence to strict policies, procedures, and code of conduct Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicle, uniform, and all equipment provided Skills and responsibilities Enjoy working outdoors, confident working around traffic and the public Excellent work ethic and time management, with planning and organisational skills Using your initiative while working with minimal supervision A full and valid Australian Drivers Licence Strong customer-focused skills Flexible to work on-call at times Our benefits and perks Competitive salary package A positive, supportive workplace culture Professional growth and development opportunities All uniforms and PPE provided Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support If you're curious, ready for a unique challenge, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
