About the role We're seeking a Principal Analyst - Loyalty to perform and oversee analytics activities within the Rewards team and work with partner teams.
Your expertise will play a key role in establishing a rewards data platform that assists strategic goals, compliance and enhances data capabilities.

Day-to-day, you will: Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and root causes of issues, and to identify business opportunities Translate complex data and analysis into clear, concise and actionable insights Conduct member segmentation analysis to identify key customer segments and their behaviours Provide insights into member preferences and trends to support targeted marketing efforts Analyse customer feedback and survey data to identify areas for program improvement Perform and provide guidance, coaching and support to team members Develop and manage procedures for integrating data from various sources, ensuring seamless aggregation and alignment with business needs This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field Deep experience in data analysis, preferably within a loyalty or rewards program context Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, precise and actionable manner Extensive experience in manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and data visualization Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills coupled with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
