The Role The ideal candidate will be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun.
You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, you will assist with various programs held at our centre including School, Kinder, Junior and Adult sport programs: Basketball, Futsal, Netball, Badminton, Pickleball, Volleyball, Multi Sport plus more.
Your organisational and time management skills will need to be of a high standard to ensure our programs run smoothly and to specification.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with all members and guests of the facility.

Key Accountabilities Positive customer feedback Attendance at all scheduled programs and services Work to achieve commitment goals and targets as set in the annual business plan Ensure the programs and services are run with no incidents Maintain all program equipment in safe working order Skills & Attributes: Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems Essentials Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) Current CPR Certificate National Police Check Working with Children Check Affinity with community connections and groups in the local area Strong customer service background Desirable Experience working with multicultural individuals and groups Knowledge of leisure-based programs Knowledge of local council plans to meet the needs of the community Previous industry experience is highly regarded! The Venue An exciting opportunity exists to manage Moorabool Shire Council's newly built 4-court indoor sports stadium.
This will enable existing sports to expand and ensure a greater number of residents can participate in various levels of competition.
The stadium features: Four indoor highball courts 340 seat stadium with stand-alone change rooms Entry, reception, kiosk, office and administration areas 2 Multi-purpose / program spaces A function room with kitchenette Car parking with 118 spaces The stadium is part of a three-stage development consisting of the following: Stage 1: indoor sports stadium (under construction - funded by the Victorian Government and Council) Stage 2: regional bowls and community hub (funded - Victorian Government and Council) Stage 3: indoor pool complex (advocacy for funding by the Australian Government underway - Victorian Government and Council funding committed) The Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
