Project Coordinator

About the Group This group are one of Australia's leading Tier 1 developer/builders and are known for delivering commercial office, apartment and retail projects up to $1 Billion.
They have a $300 mil high end apartment project in the CBD and need a Project Coordinator to join the company.
Roles & Responsibilities Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade) Program Management Review shop drawings Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's About You You will ideally have worked for a commercial/apartment builder as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator.
Previous experience working on Apartment projects will be looked upon favorably but not essential.
You must possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with design consultants, sub-contractors, client and internal construction team.
