Project Engineer

Job Title: Project Engineer Location: Melbourne, Camberwell Work Type: Full Time Salary: 130k-160 K+ Super Our client, who designs and manages projects for meat processing facilities, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team of other Project Engineers, designers, and external consultants.
An experienced mechanical engineer, or similar relevant qualification, is required, along with eight years of demonstrable experience in the meat processing or related industry, to play a lead role in developing detailed project documentation layouts.
About the role The Project Engineer role will: Be able to perceive and manage the 'overview' of 'complex' projects for the interrelated nature of: process, services, building and site development with buildings, roads, dams, and stock yards.
About you To succeed in this role you must have: A proven track record as a project engineer within the meat processing or relevant industry Strong project administration skills.
Successful involvement in the development, or the incremental improvement, of processing equipment in abattoirs or similar facilities.
A folio of performance specification documents that they have developed.
A folio of equipment lists and service loads, and equipment budgets that they have developed.
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project with a working familiarity with Auto CAD and REVIT.
