The Opportunity: The Project Manager role is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time and within budget.
Securing necessary resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, as well as third-party contractors or consultants, to ensure successful project delivery, defining project objectives and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
The Business Analyst role is responsible for identifying, analysing, specifying, and validating the business needs of all stakeholders.
Utilizing strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support effective technology decision-making.
Additionally, actively collaborate with the Project and IT leadership teams to explore new technologies that can enhance business processes.
Reporting to the IT Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives, collaborating closely with senior management and stakeholders.
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Gather user requirements through interviews, workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Determine the scope and parameters of requirements analysis for each project to establish impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for all business levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
Prepare and submit budget proposals, recommending adjustments as necessary.
Develop & present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
To be considered for this role you will have / be: Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
Certification in PMP, Prince2, or Agile methodologies.
CBAP certification is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in business and technical requirement analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
Solid understanding of product management and market positioning.
Familiarity with application development and the software development lifecycle.
Understanding of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
