YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support our Chief Retail Officer, Head of Retail Support and the wider Retail Operations team. In this role, you will handle essential administrative tasks, coordinate projects, and ensure the seamless operation of our retail teams. Get excited to: Provide support to the Heads of Retail, Area Managers, Store Managers and store teams. Assist with retail strategy days, consumables stock levels, and sourcing international suppliers. Handle general administration tasks, such as payroll timesheets, budgeting distribution, and seasonal document management. Coordinate effective communication between stores and head office, including newsletters and ER communications. Manage expense-related tasks, such as gift card distribution, travel arrangements, and budget planning. Oversee training materials for new stores and maintain monthly mystery shopper reporting. Participate in special projects, including Friends & Family card distribution. THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US 2+ years of experience in retail, ideally within a high-volume environment. Strong organizational skills with a background in event coordination. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Retail commercial acumen with a commitment to continuous learning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
