About the role: We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Revenue Coordinator to join our team at the Park Lane Head Office in Traralgon.
This full-time role is responsible for maximising the opportunity for revenue growth through yield management.
Using data to forecast future levels of demand, with a view to optimise pricing, distribution and associated strategies.
You will be analysing business data to best identify opportunities for growth, areas requiring improvement and ongoing viability of revenue streams (e.g.
OTAs and ITOs).
This role will also require keeping up to date with competitors, market fluctuations and identifying trends in the industry.
Training of our Guest Services Team is an integral part of this role.
Providing tools, processes and strategies (both remotely and in-person) to improve the effectiveness of our sales performance and use of our Property Management System.

You should have strong administrative and organisational skills, enabling you to prioritise tasks effectively.
A friendly and approachable personality is essential for training our team on best practices and troubleshooting queries.
Your knowledge of the tourism industry will help you build meaningful relationships with key organisations.
