The Opportunity Build and mould the planning function Be part of a rapidly growing business Flexible working environment The Role Leading the demand planning function for both retail and wholesale streams.
Creating and driving the systems for the roll out of S&OP processes.
Leading the implementation and delivery of the new forecasting system.
Identifying areas for improvement and change.
Effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years in a fast-paced, dynamic planning environment.
A strong understanding of demand planning and statistical forecasting.
A deep understanding of S&OP and implementation.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Strong excel and systems knowledge (SAP IBP).
