We're looking for a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to transform the Comm Bank app and Netbank experience used by millions of Australians daily.
This role exists within the Core Experiences crew within the Digital domain, under Customer Engagement and Digital business unit.
You'll enhance core digital features like the Home screen, Profile, Universal Search, Navigation, and tackle foundational frameworks such as Information Architecture for both the app and web.
This role allows you to create innovative experiences that empower our customers at scale.
What you'll do: Lead discovery initiatives that shape future digital experiences, aligning customer needs to business outcomes.
Deliver core, product-agnostic digital experiences and features, alongside a scalable IA and seamless navigation.
Establish documentation and governance processes to maintain asset integrity in collaboration with stakeholders.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, researchers, and UI designers to translate customer insights into innovate yet deliverable solutions.
Advocate for human-centred design process and promote best research practices across the organisation.
Mentor designers to foster a positive culture of creativity and continuous learning.
