The Senior Technical Project Manager will work with our clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
They will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities include leading cross-functional technical teams, defining project timelines, managing risks, and resolving issues as they arise.
Responsibilities: Working with Novigi clients to ensure the successful delivery of their projects within a specified deadline and budget.
Duties will include (but not limited to): Development of detailed project and program plans.
Facilitation of requirements workshops.
Measurement of project performance using appropriate project management frameworks.
Analysis and reporting of project progress, and adjusting scope, timelines, and costs as necessary.
Identification and analysis of risks and implementation of mitigation strategies.
Execution of project governance processes.
Stakeholder engagement and management.
Skills and experience: Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science or similar technology area of study.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Project Management.
Experience with project management and software development methodologies.
Experience managing projects in the Superannuation industry is mandatory.
Project delivery experience in leading admin migrations, admin replatforming, SFT's, Transitions will be favoured.
Project management certification is advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills: Previous experience working in a technical/technology project delivery environment.
Experience working with C-Suite executive level.
Experience managing technology/technical delivery, business systems analysis, releases and test teams.
Experience working with software development and UX teams.
Ability to present to stakeholders and communicate complex issues in simple terms.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently both autonomously and collaboratively.
