About the Opportunity APS6 Service Designer, 12-month contract with a strong possibility of renewal.
This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance.
While the role is based in Geelong or Richmond, some in-office time is required.

About the Role The Service Design Division works on process, platform, and practice solutions to address Agency priorities.
The division embeds co-design and a stakeholder-view of change into our ways of working, ensuring that our designs represent the greatest value to different audiences.
In line with the Charter principles, the division drives transparency into Agency decision-making through the consistency of the processes we design, the written guidance and communication.
Key Responsibilities Research and Insight Development : Researching and identifying insights to enhance the Agency's understanding of information.
Service Design and Documentation : Co-creating and documenting current state services to identify participant and staff experiences and business processes.
Process Design and Improvement : Co-creating and facilitating process design improvements, advocating for participants and stakeholders.
Design-Thinking Facilitation : Co-facilitating design-thinking sessions to design and test future service processes and experiences.
End-to-End Service Management : Overseeing end-to-end service experiences in line with the Digital Service Standard, ensuring changes meet participant and staff needs consistently across touchpoints.
