Strategic Program Manager Property

Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and community-focused individual to take up the role of Strategic Program Manager Property.
The successful candidate will be involved in developing high-level business cases, feasibility, and options for Council's property asset portfolio to maximize return.
Reporting to the Manager of Planning and Environment, the role will involve working with Council, the Executive Management Team, and other Council officers to develop and implement a program of priority projects.
Remuneration will be based on Band 7 Level A classification at $93,687.23 per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2022.
This is a fixed-term full-time role until the 30th of October 2026.
