As our Van Driver , you'll be operating and delivering in our vans as the face of our trusted business, at the heart of your community and connecting Australians every single day.
You might not be working from home, but you'll be working autonomously out on-the-road, interacting with others and being a team player! You will also be required to drive a truck and operate a forklift when needed.
Your Responsibilities Safely perform and operate a van to perform duties such as picking up mail from Street Posting Boxes, Corporate Offices, Licensed Post Offices, and Delivery Centres.
Pick up mail and parcel items from our customers.
Unload mail articles from vans and manually sort them into small or large letters and parcels including express posts.
Complete your own daily vehicle safety check.
Engage in professional development with our experienced senior drivers.
About You Hold a full or probationary Australian driver's licence.
Hold a HC truck licence and forklift licence.
Successfully pass our mandatory and practical driving assessment.
Be flexible with working additional hours if required.
Have a great memory, excellent attention to detail, and can lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly.
Meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less.
