A competitive hourly rate above the award Great security and stability with our rapidly growing company Modern, well-maintained equipment Part of a growing business with a national footprint The ability to grow your career within the organisation Key Responsibilities: Supervision of the Forklift Drivers Coordination assistance with linehaul Movement of trucks and trailers around the depot Oversee the receipt of freight Coordinate the dispatch Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety initiatives as needed Optimise depot layout and storage methods to maximise space utilisation Arrange and coordinate day-to-day communication within the business Accurately manifest trailer loads Management of driver paperwork Data entry of customers' daily collections via online system and phone calls Support the schedulers via emails and phone calls Assist in other departments when required Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures implemented by the company Service coordinator of Melbourne-based fleet and equipment Does this sound like you?
