Kennedys is looking for an Associate with 2-4 PAE to join our dynamic, close-knit and team-orientated Healthcare practice in Melbourne. The focus will be assisting seniors with a mix of complex healthcare and medical malpractice files across a range of clients, including MDOs. Alternatively, a defendant insurance background with a keen interest in developing a career in this specialist area would be considered highly. Demonstrate first-rate legal/commercial knowledge with strong technical and research skills. Ability to draft, advise and negotiate in relation to both straightforward and complex matters. Running own caseload under supervision.
