Each Administration Officer will support 2 branches in their respective divisions as detailed below.

About the Victorian School Building Authority The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) is part of the Department of Education.
Established in 2016, it oversees Victoria's largest school building program since the state introduced free public education in the 1870s.
The VSBA upgrades and expands existing schools and plans, designs and builds new schools to meet enrolment demand.
About the Role The Administration Officer (AO) role provides support to two Branch Directors with tasks including email and calendar management, email and document distribution, processing invoices, organizing room bookings and providing administrative assistance for meetings.
The Administration Officer ensures completion of time critical tasks, maintains accurate and accessible records, and works closely with Executive Assistants and Administration Officers across the Victorian School Building Authority.
This includes dealing with email queries received via the external general enquiry line.
The Administration Officer role is the central point of contact for both branches, which includes redirecting enquiries to relevant team members of the branch.
Understanding department procurement policy and guidelines is key to the role so that you can guide the team on how to process expense reimbursements, car hire, travel bookings and all their meeting needs.
New staff will be settled in with your coordination for access requirements with security, IT, staffing services and HR, ensuring they have all they need to get started on day one.
You will also manage branch resources such as stationary, IT equipment, high vis and hard hats.
All VSBA staff have a shared responsibility to meet the same service standards outlined in the VSBA Customer Service Charter.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience Required: Experience in administration roles for state government, architecture, construction, engineering, or project management organisations.
