Our aim is to provide structured clinical support during the transition from student to Registered Nurse, whilst encouraging self-directed learning.
South West Healthcare's Aged Care/General Graduate Nurse Program offers the opportunity to consolidate and apply theoretical knowledge by developing sound skills, comprising of a 6 month rotation in Merindah Lodge Aged Care based at Camperdown Campus, and a 6 month rotation of general nursing at the Warrnambool Campus.
This 12-month program commences in February, 2025, with the option for permanent, ongoing employment subject to the successful completion of the Graduate Nurse Program.
